Qasr Alhabeb Delivery Services LLC provides local and express delivery solutions based on customer requirements and service availability across Dubai and the UAE.

1. Delivery areas

We provide delivery services within operational coverage zones. Availability depends on pickup location, delivery destination, package specifications, and the requested service level. Please contact us prior to booking if you require delivery to a specific location.

2. Delivery services

Depending on availability, we offer standard delivery, express delivery, local courier solutions, business-to-business delivery, and customised logistics solutions. The applicable service and estimated timeframe are confirmed before or during booking.

3. Delivery time

Delivery times are estimates unless a specific window has been confirmed. Timeframes may be affected by traffic, weather, road closures, incorrect addresses, recipient availability, waiting time, regulatory restrictions, or other operational circumstances outside our control.

4. Pickup

Customers must provide accurate pickup details and ensure shipments are ready for collection at the agreed time. Additional waiting or re-attempt fees may apply if the parcel is not ready upon our driver's arrival.

5. Delivery address

Customers are responsible for providing complete address details, including building name or number, street, area, floor, office or apartment number, and active recipient contact details. Qasr Alhabeb Delivery Services LLC is not liable for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete details.

6. Recipient availability

The recipient must be available to accept the parcel at the designated address. If unavailable, we may attempt contact to rearrange delivery. Extra charges may apply for re-delivery or return transportation.

7. Package condition

Customers must ensure all items are adequately packed and suitable for road transport. Fragile, valuable, sensitive, or special-handling goods must be disclosed prior to pickup.

8. Prohibited shipments

We do not transport illegal, hazardous, dangerous, or restricted items under UAE law. We reserve the right to decline or halt transport if an item poses legal, safety, or security risks.

9. Proof of delivery

Proof of delivery may be collected via signature, electronic confirmation, photograph, one-time passcode (OTP), or other standard verification methods.

10. Delays

We make every reasonable effort to deliver within stated timeframes. Where unforeseen delays arise, our team will proactively communicate significant issues whenever feasible.

11. Delivery charges

Rates are determined by destination, distance, service type, and parcel dimensions. Final pricing is confirmed before booking completion.
